Zion Earl Pegues the son of Otis & Jammie Smith Pegues died at birth June 9, 2006 at University Hospital in Cleveland. In addition to his parents he has two sisters and a brother: Octavia, A’Rion and La’Tarien. Grandmother Lisa Pegues and great grandparents: Lula Belle Smith and Francis Matthews.
