Wilma J. "Billie" Frank

Wilma J. "Billie" Frank, 97, of North Lawrence passed away peacefully Sunday, January 28, 2024, at St. Luke Lutheran Community in North Canton surrounded by her family. She was born May 23, 1926, in Canton, Ohio to the late Vladmir “Walter” and Zlata “Goldie” (Zugcic) Rozic. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leo M. Frank, her daughter Mary Sandra May and her grandson, Christian Frank, brothers, Joseph, Tony, Michael, and Fred Zugcic and Walter Rozic, sisters, Emma Rozic and Mary Zugcic.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Carla Frank, grandchildren Aaron May and Katherine and Natalie Frank, and many nieces and nephews.

She will be remembered for her strong work ethic and devotion to farm life, her kind heart and joyful personality and sense of humor.

The family will receive friends from 9:15am - 9:45am on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at St. Paul Catholic Church, North Canton with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00am by Fr. John Keehner. A private burial service will follow at St. Peter Cemetery in Canton.
