Willie Lewis Little

Willie Lewis Little, 84, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022. Willie was born on June 4, 1938, in Luverne, Alabama the son of the late Willie Little and Mary (Purdue) Carter. Willie was a 1954 graduate of Luverne High School. He was a United States Navy veteran. Willie retired from Republic Steel following 35 years of service.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah, granddaughter, Alisia Michelle Little, brother, Sidney B. Little, and sister, Dorothy Mae Mocks.
He is survived by his son, Troy (Alisia) A. Little; daughter, Nettie Underwood; 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-great-grandchildren; sister, Gettis Bryant; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A Home Going Celebration will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
