William Vern Holderman

William "Bill" V. Holderman, age 84 went to sleep to join the Lord on March 10, 2016. He was born to the late Vern and Beatrice (Keen) Holderman on, August 07, 1931. He was a 1949 graduate of Washington High School. He married Judith K. Carter on January 24, 1957. Bill served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a Tool and Die Maker at Eaton Corporation until his retirement. He was an avid golfer and fan of the Massillon Tiger Football Team. He loved woodworking and enjoyed being a hands on problem solver. He will forever be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. He is survived by his wife Judy; his daughters Deborah (Gary) Hyde and Denise (Thomas) Nunley; his grandchildren Ginger (John) Middleton, Steven and Kevin Nunley and Garrett Hyde; a great-grandchild Jaycen Nunley; a brother Jack Holderman and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister Jeanne Downard. A graveside service will be held at Newman Cemetery on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 11a.m.
