William Stephen Harris, 70, of Massillon, passed away on July 30, 2024 at home.
He was born on August 24, 1953 to the late William and Mary (Johnson) Harris in Cortland, NY.
Bill was a graduate of McGraw Central High School, NY and then attended a school of motorcycle repair. He was a salesman for multiple over head door companies retiring in 1999 and then founded Clear Cellobags in 2005. Bill attended First Baptist Church, Massillon. Bill had a lifelong love of cars and motorcycles. He was dedicated to his family and dogs.
Bill is survived by his long time companion of 34 years, Vicki Lynn Bourquin; children, Elizabeth Armstrong, Anna Marie (Rob) Nischwitz and Angela (Tom) Fry; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Roxanne (Roy) Genson, Kathleen Mowers, Linda (Ron) Batsford, and Karen (Keith) Avery; long time friend, Jeremy Elrick; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Raymond Louis Bourquin, III; brother-in-law, Lynn Mowers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 10:00am - 11:00am at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, Ohio, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00am in the funeral home, Dr. Roger Alber officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wishes Can Happen, 409 Parkview ST NE, Massillon, OH 44646 or Traditions Hospice of Summit County, OH.
