William D Morehead

William D. Morehead, age 82 of Massillon, passed away on January 20, 2021. William was born on May 9, 1938 in Uhrichsville, Ohio to Chester and Lillian (Echard) Morehead. He served in the US. Airforce and worked as a Machinist at Republic Steel. William enjoyed going bowling and traveled all of the 50 United States. He loved riding his motorcycle. He was dedicated to his family and would do anything he could to take care of them. He loved the Lord and was an active member of Anchor Baptist Church. William is preceded in death by his parents, children, Billie L. Morehead and William Morehead, Jr., sister, Arlene Wardell, and brother, James Morehead. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Norma, children, Sheri (David) Grunwald, Judy (James) Greek, Stephanie (Danny) Manwaring, Fabian Ferrell, Deborah (Rodger Stewart) Ferrell, Mike Ferrell, and Pam (Evan) Smith, 17 grandchildren, and 27 great grandchildren. Friends and family may come to call on Monday, January 25, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. at Paquelet and Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. A service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation an hour prior.
