William "Billy" J. Richardson

William “Billy” J. Richardson, 61, of Massillon, passed away on October 5, 2019 with his family by his side. He was born on December 12, 1957 to the late Joseph and Mary (Reichenbach) Richardson. Billy enjoyed the simple things in life such as making others laugh and if you needed a good joke he would be the one to have it. He also loved watching football especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. Billy being the jokester he was, referred to himself as “Tim the Tool Man”, although fixing things wasn’t his greatest skill, he would always give it his best. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Jennifer & Scott Mayfield and his son Joseph “Joe” Richardson; his grandsons Sean and Jason Mayfield; former wife Peggy Borton; and loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his brother James Richardson and sisters Debbie Rock and Rebecca Osbourne.
