William "Billy" Henry Jacobs

William “Billy” Jacobs, age 63 of Navarre, passed away on May 3, 2021. Billy was born in Detroit, Michigan to James and Juanita (Willison) Jacobs on February 7, 1958. He graduated from Meadowbrook High School. Billy was the #1 Country Folk Artist in the country as a woodcrafter, primitive and landscape artist, and designer. He was also a singer, song writer, and magician. Billy was a huge fan of John Denver and he was loved by everyone. He was a member of the Louisville Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents, and by his brother, David Jacobs. Billy is survived by his daughter, Sarah Jacobs, Sarah’s mother, Brenda Jacobs, stepdaughter, Laura Lawler, siblings, Sharon (Richard) Stalnaker, Karen (Steve) Tellep, Linda (James) Blackwell, and Shirley (Dave) Trusky, as well as a host of friends. Cremation will take place.
