William "Bill" J. Kreiger

William “Bill” J. Kreiger, age 85, passed away on, April 07, 2022. He was born in Massillon on February 05, 1937, to the late Byron and Frieda (Buehler) Kreiger. He was a 1955 graduate of Massillon Washington High School. He married Nancy Sense on April 04, 1959, and they shared 56 years together until her passing in 2015. Bill retired from Tyson Roller Bearing and Wayne Dalton Door. He was a lifetime member of East Greenville United Methodist Church. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and golfing. Bill was known as “The Mayor” of East Greenville. Bill was known for his sense of humor and gift of gab. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Kathy and John Sheehan; his grandchildren Erin Kreiger, Dylan, Carrie, Hallie and Ryan Sheehan; his great-grandchildren Kenyon and Camden Jackson. In addition to his parents and wife, Bill was preceded in death by his son Michael Kreiger, daughter Karen Kreiger and his granddaughter Samantha Kreiger. A Celebration of Bill’s life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 11:00a.m. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 14, 2022, from 6-8p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service.
