Wiley F. Wyman, 81, formerly of Plain Township, passed away on December 31, 2018. He was born in Elsa, Texas on October 26, 1937 to the late William and Carrie (Fisher) Wyman. Wiley grew up in Austin, Texas and attended Southwest Texas State Junior College where he played two years of football for the Rangers. (Jane) and Patrick (Leslie); grandchildren Derrick (Angela), Deanna (Vincenzo), Kacey, Robyn, and Carrie; great-grandchildren Gabriel, Josephine and Rosetta; several nieces and nephews.
