Wilda Viola Eash

Wilda V. Eash, age 90 of Massillon, passed away Friday, December 7, 2012. Wilda was born on May 21, 1922 in Justus, Ohio the daughter of the late Ross and Birdie (Hasket) Wade. She was a lifelong resident of the area and was a member of Massillon Baptist Temple since 1952 where she served as a Sunday School teacher for several years. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Eash in 2004 and her siblings, Gertrude, Donna, June, Dorothy, Art, Lyman, Carl, and Jim. She is survived by her sons, Paul (Jean) Eash, Larry (Kathie) Eash, and Wayne (Christine) Eash; her grandchildren, Darrell (Sandy) Eash, Darla (Edgar) Yacub, Dawanna (Rudy) Reyes, Larry Jr., Lonnie (Shannon), Lyle, and Steven Eash; and her great-grandchildren, Brandon, Zachary, Jonathan, Issac, Joshua, Leah, Noah and Alyssa Eash. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Massillon Baptist Temple. Her Pastor Cecil Thayer will be Officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery in Beach City. Friends may call on Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon and on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
