Warren B. Brothers, age 78 of Massillon, passed away, September 24, 2008 at Aultman Woodlawn following an extended period of declining health. He spent many years in the construction business; Warren was a custom builder in the Massillon-North Canton area. He had been part owner of the Massillon Cabinet Shop. In later years, he joined the MCA Sign Company as a mold & die maker. It was there that he was most proud of having carved the mold for the Obie Tiger that adorns Paul Brown Tiger Stadium. Warren will be remembered by most as a tall, humble man and a master craftsman known for his meticulous work and attention to detail. He also loved the outdoors and had a special place in his heart for animals. He was a lifelong resident of Lawrence Township and was a graduate of Washington High School. He is survived by his wife Betty of 53 years, daughter Wendy Brothers of Albuquerque, NM, daughter Leslie Starr and grandson David Starr both of Cuyahoga Falls. Also surviving are sister in laws, Beverly (Bruce) Lax of Waterford, MI and Carol (Richard) Cory of Bucyrus, Ohio. Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Jennie Brothers and his brother Marvin. The family would like to give special thanks to Aultman Woodlawn nurses, Aultman Wound Care nurses and Dr. Papacostas. A private funeral service will take place at a later date with burial at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Haven of Rest Ministries, P.O.
