Wanda M. Sheatzley Robertson

Wanda M. (Sheatzley) Robertson, age 83 of Massillon, passed away at her brother, James Urwin's residence on Sunday evening. She was born on June 15, 1929 in Cumberland, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Paul and Lucy (Buckey) Urwin. She was a Massillon resident for most of her life. Wanda graduated from Washington High School in 1947. She retired from Eaton Manufacturing in 1983, following 35 years of service. Wanda was a lifelong member of Massillon Wesleyan Methodist Church. She was active in the Flower Fund, funeral committee and other activities there. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Alvan Sheatzley and Rev. Herbert Robertson and her brother Frank Urwin. She is survived by her brother, Jim (Sara) Urwin, her daughter, Linda M. (Russell) Lebo, granddaughter, Stephanie (Ryan) Rorie, grandson Brian D. Smith, stepdaughter, Linda K. (Jim) Brown and step granddaughter, Tara Brown. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. at Massillon Wesleyan Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4-7 P.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home and on Thursday from 10-11 AM at the church.
