Wanda M. Britton

Wanda M. Britton, 86 of North Lawrence, Ohio, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2016. She was born in Massillon on September 22, 1931 and was the daughter of Albert and Estella (Bartz) Mross. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, the Altar Guild at the church, the Ladies Auxiliary of the North Lawrence Volunteer Fire Department. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Marjorie Krites, Arlene Albright and Doris Jean Snyder and her brother Edwin Mross. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Leland E. Britton, her sons, Darrell (Judy) Britton, Dennis (friend Nancy Curtiss) Britton and Larry Britton, her granddaughter Sarah (Shane) Lind and her great granddaughter Payton. The funeral will take place on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Katie Jacob officiating. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12-1 p.m. at the church.
