Wanda I. Coverdale

Wanda I. Coverdale, 85 of Massillon, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Wanda was born on October 20, 1930 in Punxsutawney, PA the daughter of the late Myron and Bessie (Hillard) Shreffler. Wanda was a homemaker. She enjoyed bingo, watching Westerns, and spending time with her grandchildren. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Gene and Junior and her sister Dorothy. She is survived by her husband Joyce "Joey" Coverdale whom she shared 55 years of marriage; son Kenny (Lisa) Shreffler; grandchildren Mandi (Shawn) Rohr, Bonnie Shreffler, Melissa (Nick) Laskovski, Todd Jordan, Pete Shreffler, Rashelle Rearick and Kile and Travis Fisher; brothers Richard (Margene) Shreffler and Robert Shreffler; sister Joanne Holman; 13 great grandchildren; and 1 great – great grandchild. A Celebration of Wanda's life will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 6 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon.
