Walter J. Halasinski

Walter J. Halasinski, 72 of Massillon, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018 following a brief illness. Walter was born on January 30, 1946 in Muskegon, Michigan the son of the late Chester and Genevieve (Budinski) Halasinski. He was a Massillon resident all his life and a 1964 graduate of Tuslaw High School. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his son Anthony Halasinski. He is survived by his sisters, Suzann “Cookee” Gloden, Kathy (Jeff) Smith, Janet Halasinski, and Rosemary Herron; brother, Chester (Maria) Halasinski; and his longtime friend, Christine Stockwell. There will be no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place. His final resting place will be at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Paquelet Funeral Home & Crematory (330) 833-3222
