Virginia T. Levenger, 88, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016, following a brief illness. She was born in Fayetteville, WV on December 22, 1927 to the late Jack and Donzella (Koontz) Taylor. Virginia was a member of First Baptist Church. She was active in the Sunday School Program, reaching out to shut-in's and enjoyed helping those in need. She was very dedicated to her family. She is survived by her husband, Roy S. Levenger, whom she married on April 23, 1949, their children, Carol (Jim) Weisgarber of Jackson Twp., Stan (Deanna) Levenger of Green and Lynne (Wayne) Mackenzie of Forest, VA; five grandchildren, Lisa, Austin, Melissa, Ben and Lauren; four great-grandchildren, Luke, Bailey, Adelynne and Layne; and a sister, Joann Zeller of Roanoke, VA. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Edward Taylor. Friends and family may call at the First Baptist Church, Massillon on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 12:30pm-1:30pm with a funeral service at 1:30pm, Dr. Roger Alber, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
