Virginia Lee Sumption

Virginia Lee Sumption, age 56 of Mt. Vernon, OH passed away Saturday. Virginia was born May 2, 1957 in Canton to the late James Carl & Mabel (Ackerman) Sumption. A child with Down Syndrome, her heart grew as she grew older. Her family have wonderful memories of her laughing and smiling. She loved chocolates, going out to eat and was a #1 Elvis Presley Fan. Virginia will be sadly missed by her family. Her step-mother, Carole (Krause) Sumption. Three brothers: James Sumption, Charles (Mary Ann) Sumption and Clark (Lori) Sumption. Two step-sisters: Marcia Basham & Becky Kidd. There are many nieces, nephews and a special niece Autumn Lee Sumption. Funeral Service will be 11 AM Wednesday at the Paquelet Funeral Home, Fr. Michael Seifert will officiate. Burial will be at Brookfield Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 AM until the service.
