Viola Butler

Viola Butler, age 72 went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 08, 2014. She was born on June 27, 1942 to the late Ed Butler and Annie Twyman Butler in Butler Mississippi. She was an active member of the Shiloh Baptist Church. Viola will be remembered for effervescent personality and her contagious smile. Viola was an avid reader, loved watching TV and most especially her love of the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Jessie Butler, Maxine Sanders and Raymond Butler; her grandchildren Jessie Deisling, Jessie Lee Butler III, Chase Clemson, Micha Clemson and Cameron Cox; her brothers Gus Butler and Robert Butler; her sister Lu Marie Twyman and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents Viola was preceded in death by her sisters Luella Danzy, Annie Mae Conley, Sarah Sharp, and Cora Mae Johnson; her brothers Ed Butler and Richard Butler, Precious Butler, Timothy Young and her niece Patricia Dorsey. The family will be having a Homegoing Memorial Service celebrating her life at Shiloh Baptist Church a 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, September 17, 2014.
