Victoria Lynn Spuhler

Victoria Lynn Spuhler, age 70, passed away on November 24, 2018 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Massillon on August 13, 1948 to Bruce and Eileen (Mishler) Close. Victoria married Peter Spuhler and they shared 48 loving years together. Her greatest passion in life was her family. She loved being a wife, mother and especially grandmother. Her family will remember her for her strength, compassion and willingness to fight. She will be deeply missed by her husband Peter; her mother, Eileen Close; children Christopher (Christine) Spuhler, Matthew Spuhler and Traci (Chad) Rastetter; 4 granddaughters Samantha, Anna, Alexis and Natalie; brothers Daryl (Joni) Close and Jack (Pam) Close. Victoria was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Close and her sister, Terri Humphrey. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place and no services are scheduled at this time.
