Victor E. Conaway, age 90 passed away on June 05, 2015. He was born in Brave, PA on August 06, 1924 to the late Daniel and Mary (Wise) Conaway. He married Bonnie Glover on December 09, 1944 and they shared over 70 years together. Victor served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II; He worked as a Machinist at Canton Drop Forge for 39 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Massillon. Victor was well liked by everyone who knew him. He is survived by his wife Bonnie; his children Richard (Donna) Conaway and Theresa (Bruce) Moore; his granddaughter Shannon (Michael) Welton; his great grandchildren Emma and Ella and his brother Dorwin (Katheryne) Conaway. Victor was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 8 brothers. A Celebration of his life will be held on June 08, 2015 at 11am at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home – Massillon. Pastor Julia Wertz officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 2 to 4 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the funeral home and 1 hour prior to the service. Burial at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens in North Canton.
