Vicki Lynn Geibel

Vicki Lynn Geibel, 65 of Canal Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at her residence surrounded by family and friends. Vicki was born on May 11, 1953 in Canton, Ohio the daughter of the late Wilfred and Jean (Ess) Feit. She was a lifelong resident of the area. Vicki worked for the Massillon Independent, the Akron Beacon Journal and Rose Lane Health Care. She took pride in what she did at her jobs. Vicki enjoyed playing cards, and loved spending time with family and friends. Her greatest joy was her granddaughters and her great granddaughter. She was a member of Faith Community Fellowship. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Fred Feit. She is survived by her husband Bernard “Ben” Geibel whom she married on July 29, 1970; her daughter, Kandi Geibel; granddaughters, Kaylee and Lynnsey Marock; great granddaughter, Aubree Ward; brother, Dennis (Donna) Feit; special friends, Chuck (Lily) Snyder; and many nieces and one nephew. A Celebration of Vicki’s life will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 - 7 p.m. before the service.
