Veronica Michelle Duke

Veronica M. Duke, 25 of Perry Township, passed away at her home on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 following a lengthy illness. Veronica was born on August 11, 1991 in Massillon, the daughter of Michelle Norris and Elmer Duke. Veronica was a lifelong resident of the area. She had a free spirit, loved music and living life to the fullest. She was truly devoted to spending time with her son Jesse. She was preceded in death by her grandma Mary Hanni. She is survived by her son, Jesse Oblisk, Jr.; parents, Michelle (Mike) Norris and Elmer Duke; companion of 11 years, Jesse Oblisk; sisters, Sheree Ann (Cole) Jackson and Daryl Renee Duke; nieces and nephew, Hailey, Emily, and Hunter; and numerous cousins. A Celebration of Veronica’s life will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 7p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home.
