Adam Thomas “Tom” Weisgarber, Sr., age 78 of Massillon, passed away at his home with his family at his side. He was born in Massillon on July 31, 1939 and was the son of the late Adam and Dorothy (Conger) Weisgarber. Tom owned and operated Weisgarber Trucking and was a member of Sixteen St. John’s Church. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Robert Weisgarber. Tom is survived by his wife, Leilani Ann (Mantsch) Weisgarber, his daughter, Sherry Lee (Eric) Weisgarber, his sons, Adam Thomas (Connie) Weisgarber, Jr. and William John (Robin) Weisgarber, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, his brothers, Gary (Sue) Weisgarber and Dale (Joyce) Weisgarber and his sister Barbara Weisgarber. Additional family members include Robert and Elaine Keller, 4 nieces and their children. The funeral will take place on Wednesday, December 20th at 10:00 am at the Paquelet Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Hough officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-8 pm and on Wednesday from 9-10 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Hospice, 715 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
