TJ Williams, 24, passed away on Friday Nov. 7 at the Cleveland Clinic. After fighting for his life for the past month, TJ succumbed from complications of an aortic aneurysm. TJ was born Oct. 5, 1984 in Massillon. He was the cherished only child of Rhonda and Tommy Williams. He graduated in the top 10% of his class from Washington High School in 2002. TJ was in the National Honor Society, Jazz and Symphonic Bands, and an Outstanding Senior Boy Candidate. He graduated in May of 2008 with honors from The University of Akron receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Business Management and Human Resources. Despite his vision impairment and other physical challenges, TJ excelled in academics. TJ was caring, creative, thoughtful, intelligent and warm hearted. He loved all kinds of music. He enjoyed playing the drums and guitar, writing songs, and going to concerts. TJ had a charismatic personality with a fantastic sense of humor and a quick wit. He loved being in a place filled with music, laughter, and the scintillating conversation of his many friends. He was the life of every party and the epitome of fun. TJ loved to travel. He had very fond memories of Las Vegas, Nashville, and Myrtle Beach. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. TJ will always be remembered for his fantastic personality…it is difficult to put into words but those who knew him say he was something special. TJ had an especially close bond with his mom and dad. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Joanne and Lester Budd and Ruth and Hubert Williams. He will be sadly missed by his uncles Roger Budd and Randy (Sharon) Budd and his cousins BJ, Brittany, Luke (who loves him like a brother), James, Joey, and Kaylee Budd, and Bill Bush. His parents would like to thank all of their devoted friends and family for their steadfast support. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. at Paquelet Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd., Massillon. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home. Following the funeral service the family would like to invite everyone to a gathering at the Massillon Elks Lodge 48 2nd St. S.E.
