Thomas Harper

Thomas Harper, age 76 of Massillon, died Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at Meadow Winds. He was born on March 31, 1930 in Wheeling, WV and was the son of the late Harry and Mary Lucretia Harper. He was a Massillon resident for most of his life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and the Air Force. He retired from Painters Local 603. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jean (Cooper) Harper whom he married on October 3, 1953, his sons; Michael Harper of Canton, Pat (Carolyn) Harper of Mansfield, Ohio and Mark Harper and Brett Harper both of Massillon, 7 grandchildren, 2 sisters, Kitty (Hank) Deleva and Mary Dell (James) Ostrowski both of Cleveland, Ohio and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 1:00 P.M. at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Alber officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday one hour before the service.
