Thomas E. Hiffener, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on December 2, 2019, after a lengthy illness. Born on February 7, 1952 to the late George and Shirley Hiffner. He is survived by his wife and best friend of 46 years, Barbara A. Hiffner, son, Christopher L. Hiffner, daughters, Kevin (Juliet) Dallas of Mineral City, James (Debra) Lowder of Brewster, Douglas (Laura) Norch of Waynesburg, Francis (Jennifer) Daly of Massillon, twelve very special grandchildren, four great grandchildren, brother, Steven Hiffner of Florida, sister, Michael (Kathy) Strader of Massillon, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents, George and Shirley Hiffner, and brother George R. Hiffner. Tom retired from Heinz with 30 years of service. He loved his family, fishing, football, and enjoyed his family get togethers. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Indians. He enjoyed helping people. Tom’s wishes were to be cremated and there will be no calling hours. He will be deeply missed.
