Thelma Dunham

Thelma Dunham, age 97 of Edison, NJ, died Monday, June 5, 2006 at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. She was formerly of Massillon and had lived the last 3 ½ years of her life with her granddaughter, Jane (Mark) Basuino. She was born on December 8, 1908 in Orrville, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Cletus and Charlotte (Shearer) Wolgamot. Thelma was a homemaker and a member of Grace United Church Of Christ for 50 years. She was a member of the Canal Fulton Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star for most of her adult life. She was the matriarch of her family which was very important to her. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floy Dunham, her daughters, Charlotte Ferguson, Phyllis Rohr and Helen Perrault, son Willis Dunham, Brother Cletus Wolgamot, Jr. and sister Geraldine Stutzman. She is survived by her son Dale (Helen) Dunham of New Philadelphia, OH, 19 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home (1100 Wales Road NE, Massillon) with Rev. James Painting officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville, OH. Friends may call at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. and on Friday one hour before the service.
