Terry Lee Devaughn Sr.

Terry Lee DeVaughn, 64 passed away at the Wade Park VA Medical Center on Monday May 30, 2011. He was born on, October 31, 1946 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to the late Bernard K. DeVaughn and Marie A. (McClaskey) DeVaughn. He married Loretta Kostic on May 12, 1966 and she survives him. Terry graduated from Washington High School in 1965. He served in U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1968. He worked for the State Highway Patrol for 13 years, and was employed with RW Screw for 10 years until his retirement. Terry was a devoted family man and loved his family dearly. He was also an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed hunting with his family and friends as well as going to his cabin in West Virginia. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Terry L. DeVaughn Jr.(Jenny) of Massillon and daughter Sherrie Irwin (Todd) of Canton, 3 grandchildren Andrew & Emilee Irwin and Molly DeVaughn, and brother Larry DeVaughn of Massillon. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 11AM at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Nick Kostic will be officiating.
