Terri Humphrey

Terri L. Humphrey, age 60, of Massillon passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Aultman Hospital following a courageous four and a half year battle with cancer. Terri was born October 1, 1949 in Massillon the daughter of Bruce and Eilene (Mishler) Close. She was self employed as a house cleaner. Terri’s greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her grandchildren who she loved dearly. She also looked forward to Sunday brunch with her mother and sister. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. On July 28, 1966 Terri married Ron Humphrey and he survives along with their children Wendy (Doug) Nolen, and Ronnie (LeaAnn) Humphrey both of Massillon; mother Eilene Lowe of Massillon; brothers Daryl (Joni) Close of Canton, and Jack (Pam) Close of Massillon; sister Vicki (Pete) Spuhler of Massillon; grandchildren Dustin, Taylor, and Devyn Nolen, Ronnie III, Anthony, and Ashley Humphrey. She was preceded in death by her father Bruce Close. Visitation and services will be private. Donations in Terri’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
