Susan R. (Bogovich) Doran

Susan R. (Bogovich) Doran, 77, passed away following an extended illness on July 10, 2021. She was born in Massillon on June 10, 1944 to Michael and Sophia (Zapponi) Bogovich. She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1962 and went to work at Eaton Manufacturing retiring in 1996. She volunteered at the St. Mary’s Catholic School Library. Susan loved participating with her bowling league and playing cards with friends. She never missed a monthly cousin’s lunch. She loved to spend time with her nieces and nephews and never missed an opportunity to be with them. She loved her fur baby. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She is survived by her sister, Michele (Richard) Forrer; nephews, Brian (Kelly) Forrer, Kevin Forrer and David (Rebecca) Forrer; great-nieces and nephews, Carter, Bennett, Dani and Roslynn. In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Doran, Jr. Friends and family will gather one hour prior to a Memorial service at 11am on Monday, July 26, 2021 in the Paquelet Funeral Home, Massillon. Fr. Edward Gretchko officiating. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
