Susan E. Keller, 90, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2021. She was born in Wooster on December 14, 1930 to the late Ralph and Louella (Pfouts) Airhart. Susan was a 1948 graduate of Washington High School. She retired from Apple Creek Development Center with thirty years of service. Upon retiring she became a volunteer at Massillon Community/Affinity Hospital. She was a member of St. Barbara’s Catholic Church, Massillon Women’s Club and the Massillon Heritage Association, where she actively planned and participated in many events and celebrations. Her faith in God and His promises led her to live her life with perseverance and courage. She will be remembered by her family and many friends for her witty and enthusiastic approach to life. She was a Blessing in our lives. She is survived by her children, Susan (Dan) Fundom, Therese (Timothy) Arthur and Thomas H. Keller; grandchildren, Christine (Gust) Herouvis, Emily (Ron) Ivey, Dr. Todd (Kati) Arthur and Jeremy Arthur; great-grandchildren, Dimitri and Danielle Herouvis, Andrew, Sarah and Leah Ivey and Nathan, Sofia, and Jennifer Arthur; and her sister, Rebecca (James) Harris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry T. Keller; son, Michael Joseph Keller; grandson, Jason Arthur; and her siblings, Dirk and Ronald Airhart. Friends may gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home from 6pm -7pm on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 with a Memorial service to be held at 7pm. Inurnment will be in St Barbara’s Cemetery at a later date.
