Susan Kay "Sue" Adams

Susan Kay "Sue" Adams of Massillon, left this earth on March 28th, 2025 and became the angel she has always been, entering the gates of heaven free of worry and pain.

Sue was born August 31, 1956 in Massillon, Ohio to the late Raymond and Charlotte Kiplinger. She graduated from Tuslaw High School in and went straight to work. She worked at Massillon Community Hospital for many years before becoming a stay-at-home mom, and then back to odds and ends jobs until her retirement in 2017, when she officially became a grandma. She married Terrence B. Adams on August 14, 1982, and they were married for 40 years until his passing in October of 2023.

She loved making crafts, being with family, spending time at the farm and being an advisor of the Tuslaw 4-H Club, which she did for over 40 years. Most of all, she loved her family and grandkids. Wherever her grandkids were, that's usually where you would find Sue. Sue was always the one to put everyone before herself, and was the most kind and giving person you could ever meet.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Charlotte Kiplinger and husband Terrence B. Adams.

Surviving are her children Dustin (Amy) Adams and Sarah (Dan) Yungen; grandchildren Cash and Colt Adams and Brinley and Steel Yungen; brothers Raymond (Marie) Kiplinger and Mark (Tammy) Kiplinger; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 8th from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., when the funeral service will begin with Pastor Chuck Davis officiating. Interment to follow the service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, where Susan will be laid to rest with her parents. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sue's name are suggested to the Stark County Junior Fair, or the Parkinson's Foundation.
