Stephanie Marie Sibila

Stephanie Marie Sibila, age 54, of Massillon, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, January 7, 2023, following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was a 1986 graduate of Barberton High School and obtained degrees from Kent State University and Walsh University. She spent many years working in various management positions in the IT field for companies including FirstMerit, ARCIS Technology Group, and Westfield Insurance. Stephanie loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed boating, exercising, biking, walking on the beach, golf, and cheering for her kids at school sporting events. Stephanie led a Christian life and left an impact on everyone she met. Her smile and laugh were contagious. She was a selfless person and had a passion for volunteering and helping others.

Stephanie is survived by her loving husband, Duane; children Adam Sibila, Amy (Jake) Ketler, Tim Sibila, and Mark (Ashley) Sibila; grandchildren Jase, Tinsley, and Milo; mother Mary (Arnett) Day; siblings Carla Cash, John (Anna) Terranova, stepsister Tracy (Mick) Smith; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Carl Terranova, brother Mark Terranova, and brother-in-law Lee Cash.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 12th from 5-8 p.m. at Paquelet Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Rd. NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 13th at 10 a.m. at RiverTree Church, 1600 Main Ave W, Massillon, OH 44647.
