Stella J. Crescenze

Stella Crescenze, RN., 90, passed away on January 3, 2022. She was born in Weirton, WV on March 12, 1931 to the late George and Mary (Buljanovic) Fabianich, Sr. She was a graduate of Massillon Hospital School of Nursing and retired as the head of the OB Department at Massillon Community Hospital. Stella loved hosting holiday dinners for her family and entertaining their many friends throughout the years. She was a devout Catholic. She is survived by her children, Paula (Nick) Confalone and Steve (Kim) Crescenze; three grandchildren, Lauren (Mike Lester) Confalone, Natalie (Cole) Luffy and Sam (Irene) Crescenze; and five great-grandchildren, Leona, Cecelia and Noah Luffy and Roman and George Crescenze. In addition to her parents, Stella was preceded in death by her loving husband of almost seventy years, Steve “Judo” Crescenze; and her siblings, Mary Rutkowski, and George and Andy Fabianich. Because of Covid a private Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery.
