Shirley W. Sefert

Shirley W. Sefert, age 82 of Canal Fulton passed away on June 2, 2017. She was born in Canton, OH on September 22, 1934 to the late Clyde and Erma (Long) Seaburn. She was a graduate of Canton South. She married Theodore Sefert on July 05, 1949 and they shared 63 years together until his death in 2012. Shirley worked as a salesperson at Sunset Hills Burial Park for over 20 years until her retirement. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She also made ceramics, playing dominoes and bingo. She will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Belynda and Dave Holland; her grandchildren Jake Theodore Holland and Jared Richard Holland. In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her son Scott Thomas Sefert in 1988 and her sister Carole Arliene Reed.
