Shirley M Smith

05/31/35 – 03/29/22 Shirley passed away after prolonged health issues. Born (at home) in Navarre, OH to Ora (Vitti) Grasse and Louis (Rampanelli) Grasse. Shirley worked as a legal secretary before starting her family. She married her great love James (Jim) on April 28, 1956. They were married 60 years before his death in 2016. Along with her parents, Shirley was proceeded in death by her son Danny in 2011. She is survived by her daughter Tammy who took care of her for 8 years. Also, she had a cat, Tiny, and two furry grandkids Shiloh and Ashey. A funeral service will be at Paquelet Funeral Home at 12:00 on April 1, 2022. The family will receive guests one hour prior. Burial will be at East Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre. Thank you to Crossroads Hospice for their help and care as well as family and friends.
