Sheryl A. Borton

Sheryl A. Borton, 65 of Massillon, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018. Sheryl was born on June 4, 1953 in Iowa City, Iowa the daughter of the late Norman Alberts and Carolyn A. Bontrager. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Sheryl attended the Massillon Baptist Temple. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Barry Borton, and her infant daughter, Angela Borton. She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Borton; step-son, Barry Borton, Jr.; grandchildren, Jerod Ferrell, Seth Borton, and Tristan Longworth; brother, Jerry (Julie) Alberts; sisters, Crystal and Sheila Alberts; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Brookfield Cemetery: 11400 Shaefer Street NW, Massillon, OH 44647 at 11 a.m. Rev. Cecil Thayer will be Officiating.
