Sherry Lee Smith

Sherry Lee Smith, 74, passed away on November 15, 2020 following an extended illness. She was born in Massillon on July 23, 1946 to Leroy and Lenora (Arnold) Conkle. Sherry was a graduate of Washington High School and received her Associated Degree in Business from Stark State. She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church. She loved to garden and grow flowers. She loved people and her family. She would help anyone out at any time if they needed help. She is survived by her children, Scott Smith, Richard Smith and Melissa Smith; four grandchildren, Kristina, James, Brittany and Dakota; a great-granddaughter, Thalia; and a sister, Ann Conkle. In addition to her parents, Sherry is preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Harris, Ellen Yohn and Richard Conkle. Due to the pandemic a memorial service will be held at a later date.
