Shawn David Hilliard

Shawn David Hilliard, 44, passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2017. He was born in Massillon on May 1, 1973. He attended Washington High School and was working for TEK USA in Canal Fulton. He was known for living his life on his own terms. He worked hard and played with equal measure. He enjoyed going fishing, canoeing and making a big Sunday breakfast for all around of French Toast and Dippy Eggs. He is survived by his three children, Patrick S. Hilliard (mother, Nicki), Raelyn Hilliard and Riddik Hilliard ( mother, Deanna); his father, Thomas M. (Kim) Hilliard; mother, Michele (Gouker) Woods; three sisters, Carolyn (Mike) Johann, Leyna (Erik) Morrison and Angie (Matt) Johnson; a brother, Kevin Hilliard; grandmother, Mary Gouker; and numerous nephews, nieces and aunts and uncles. Friends and family will gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home, Massillon on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 2:30-3:30pm with a Celebration of Life to be held at 3:30pm.
