Sharon L Yost

Sharon L. Yost, age 62 of Massillon, Ohio, passed away in her home surrounded by loved ones on June 10, 2021. Sharon was born on October 14, 1958 in Akron, Ohio to Bernard and Hildreth (Kelly) Murphy. She graduated from Green High School and worked at Harry London Chocolate. Sharon enjoyed camping, gardening, and fishing. She also did puzzles, liked to read, and playing cards. Sharon loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, brother, Carl Murphy, and lifelong friend, Melissa Newton. Sharon is survived by her mother, children, Joseph Yost, Rachel Yost, Robert (Stephanie) Yost, Jr., and Brandi (Bryan) Owen, grandchildren, Tyler Mitchell, David Mitchell, T.J. Mitchell, Jonah Yost, Sophia Owen, and Aria Owen, siblings, Carol Branch, Shelby (Robin) Siegenthaler, and Michelle Murphy, long-time friend, Robert Yost, Sr., and multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends and family may come to call on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 12-1 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Steve Stewart officiating at Paquelet Funeral Home.
