Sharen "Susie" R. Howard

Sharen "Susie" R. Howard, 82, of Canton, passed away on April 9, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on February 12, 1941 to the late Maurice and Ruth (Marsh) Shilling in Canton, OH. She was a member of the first graduating class of Perry High School in 1959.She married George Lynn Howard on February 06, 1960 and they shared 63 years together until her passing.

Susie worked as a Homemaker, who took care of her family. She was a member of the World Organization of China Painters (WOCP). Her many talents included sewing, crafting, painting china plates and porcelain. Susie

loved taking care of her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her delicious broccoli and cheese soup, spaghetti sauce, her cookies and desserts. Susie loved her family coming over and especially at the holidays, going on shopping trips and decorating her house. She will forever be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

Susie is survived by her loving Husband, George; her children Lisa (James) Rohr, Brian (Michelle) Howard; her grandchildren Jason (Monica) Rohr, Lyndsay (Joseph) D'Onofrio, Todd (Samantha) Rohr, Derek (Allison) Rohr, Breanna Howard and Megan (Shawn) Harper; 10 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Brookfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's - Alzheimer’s Foundation of America
