Severine Boron

Severine J Boron, 95, of Massillon, passed away Sat August 20, 2022 surrounded by Love at home following a decline of health. He was born in Massillon Ohio on November 12, 1926. Sev was a 1944 graduate of Washington HS followed by service in the US Navy during WWII and after a 40 year fulfilling career, retired from The Timken Company. He was a devoted servant to his family and faith as a member at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. In his free time, he enjoyed tinkering on projects in his home shop, golfing, fishing, traveling, spending time with family, and helping others. Along with his parents, Severine P & Sarah, Sev was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 60 years, Alice, siblings Gladys Jackson and Arthur Boron. He is survived by sons Richard “Dick” (Karen) Boron and Timothy M (Michele Kimler) Boron. Grandchildren: Gary (Jenny Wilson) Boron, Brett (Erin) Boron, Ashley Boron. Great-Grandchildren: Aubrey, Addison, and Aurora. A visitation will be held from 4-7 pm on Fri August 26, 2022 at Paquelet Funeral Home. A mass of Christian Burial will be 9 am Sat August 27, 2022 at St Joan of Arc Church. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
