Scott L. Shelt

Scott L. Shelt, 63, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2022.

He was born in Portland, OR on April 10, 1959 to the late Russell and Mary (Eggenschwiler) Shelt .

Scott was a 1977 graduate of Washington High School and worked many years for Kovatch Casting. He enjoyed fishing and visiting service clubs. He was dedicated to his family.He was a veteran of The United States Army.

Scott is survived by his children, Stacy(Galen) Burns, Jason(Amanda) Shelt and Gregory Shelt; grandchildren, Ava, Gabe and Braxton; and siblings, Jeffery Shelt, Tina Gross and Timothy E. (Denise) Shelt.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Tammera Shelt.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 19, 2022, 6:00 pm-8:00pm at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, 11:00 am at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon.

Burial will take place in the Oakwood Cemetery .
