Savannah Mance

Savannah Destiny Mance of Massillon, OH, born May 31, 2007, went home to be with The Lord on Saturday, October 24, 2009. She was a miracle child and a special gift from God. Savannah was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Charlie and Nancy Hood, Glenna Pringle, Eugene Mance, Herman and Elladean Jackson, Joseph Davis, and Margaret (Arguster) Dampier. Savannah is survived by her parents, who dearly love her, Ashley Mance and Kevin Jackson II. She is also survived by grandparents, Kathy Hood, Gregory and Yolanda Mance, Kevin and Margo Jackson; great-grandmother Margie Davis; great-great grandfather Robert Cochran; aunts and uncles, Shakia and Dustin Holm, Alita Jackson; special cousin, Gabrielle Holm; numerous great aunts, great uncles and cousins from the Hood, Mance, Jackson, Biggums, and Peak/Chappell families; a host of other relatives and friends; and her Shiloh Baptist Church family of Massillon, who all loved and adored Savannah. Savannah’s family would like to thank all of her doctors and caregivers at Akron Children’s Hospital, Maxim Healthcare Services, Eastgate School Early Childhood & Family Center and Mercy Statcare Pediatric Therapy. A celebration of Savannah’s life will be Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Shiloh Baptist Church of Massillon with calling hours at 11:00 A.M. and Homegoing services at 12:00 noon.
