Sally X. Kidd

Sally Xenia Kidd, 78 of Massillon, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017. She was born in Massillon on August 9, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Wayne and June (Graybill) Hershey. Sally graduated from Washington High School in 1957. She then earned her Associate’s Degree and went on to become the manager of the Massillon AAA Insurance and Loan Department for 25 years. She was president of the V.F.W. Post 3124 Ladies Auxiliary for 7 years and president of the T.O.P.’s for 20 years. Along with her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her daughter Brenda Kidd. She is survived by her husband, Donald W. Kidd, her children, Donald W. Kidd II, Tammy (Randall) Bleigh and Sally Ann Kidd and David Kidd, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, her sister Judy (Joseph) Heinzer and her brother Wayne (Marsha) Hershey. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday one hour before the service.
