Ruth M. Dutton

Ruth M. Dutton age 87 of Massillon passed away December 21, 2006 at Brewster Parke Nursing Home. She was born January 10, 1919 in Massillon to the late William & Mary (Jones) Kocher. Raised in Massillon she was a 1928 graduate of Washington high School. She was preceded in death by her husband Eldred Roy Dutton (1997), whom she loved deeply. And sister and brother in law Faye & Bill Steed. Ruth had a deep appreciation for the natural world and the simple things in life. Her smile lit up the world around her. She is survived by her beloved son and daughter in law, Brad & Lynne Dutton of Navarre, a grandson Curtis who was the light of her life. In addition there is a surviving brother and two sisters in law: John & Shirley Kocher of Cleveland and Dorothy Bachtel Homman of Massillon.
