Ruth L. Ratliff

Ruth L. Ratliff age 89 passed away July 12, 2007. Ruth was born April 24, 1918 in West Virginia to the late James Franklin & Mary E. (Riffle) Allen and lived in Ohio most of her adult life. She was a homemaker, loving mother and wife, enjoyed animals and the outdoors. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Q. Ratliff, two sisters, and four brothers. She is survived by four children: Jeannie Brown of North Carolina, Nina and Dr. David Tripp of Seville, OH, Sandra and James Gerber of Brewster and William R. Ratliff of Massillon and numerous grand and great grandchildren. Burial will be in West Virginia. Paquelet Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
