Ruben Tapia, 60, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017, following an extended illness. He was born in Houston, TX on May 15, 1957 to Hilario Tapia and the late Martina (Gonzales) Tapia. He is survived by his children, Ashton (Robert) Manuel, Ryan Tapia and Joshua Tapia; and seven grandchildren; siblings, Juan Hilario (Laura) Tapia, Maria Delores Tapia, Rachel A.(Lee) Solis, Hilario Tapia, JR, Enrique Tapia, Bobby Tapia, Berta Dunes, Arisema Tapia and Jessica Hernandez. .
