Rowland G. Schultz

Rowland “Ron” Schultz, 82 of Massillon went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 30, 2017. He was born in Massillon on February 26, 1935 and was the son of the late August and Verbil Schultz. Following high school, he served his country with the U.S. Army. He worked at and retired from Massillon Stainless, Inc. Ron was a member of Central Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Betty Schultz, daughter, Debbie Hutson, son, Richard Schultz, grandsons, Steven, Scott and Zachary, 5 great grandchildren and his brother Robert (Ruth) Schultz. The funeral will take place at Central Baptist Church on Friday, January 5th at 11:00 am with calling hours one hour before the service. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Beacon of Hope Children's Home c/o Central Baptist Church, 4736 West Tuscarawas Street, Canton, OH 44708.
